Welcome to the Club!

Last night we welcomed eight new Sharks to the Club at our latest Sharks Information evening. It was lovely to see these youngsters with their parents starting their time with Boston Amateur Swimming Club.

These evenings are held at the end of each Council’s Swimming Lesson terms for swimmers who have completed their Grade 5 and Stage 6 courses in Dolphins! We know we have even more swimmers starting soon so here is some information for you.

At this standard, you will need to join Boston Amateur Swimming Club. There is a annual membership fee, currently £25, which covers registration and insurance with the national governing body, Swim England.

Sharks meet four times a week in the Geoff Moulder Training Pool:

  • Tuesday 4.30pm until 5.30pm
  • Thursday 4.30pm until 5.30pm
  • Friday 4pm until 4.45pm
  • Satuday 8am until 8.45am

All of these sessions are available to you, and you don’t need to book in advance.

As well as the joining fee, each squad has a monthly fee. Currently, for Sharks, this is £28. We prefer if this is paid by Standing Order (forms are available from the Coaching Staff), but can be paid by Cash or Cheque – if this is the case please put in a sealed envelope clearly marking the swimmers name.  You can also set up a standing order through online banking if you have that facility, for details of this please email the Treasurer on bostonswimmingclubweb@gmail.com

For new Sharks, providing you have joined the Club, you can start training with us on Tuesday 13th February 2018. We look forward to seeing you then!
